Data we collect. Names, emails, nationalities and similar identity data plus KYC documents required by regulation. Additionally stored: execution and account history, technical logs and support chats. EU/UK lawful bases: contract performance, legal duty, plus legitimate interest.
Use of data. Managing your account, settling positions, satisfying regulators, countering fraud, platform security, plus consent-based product updates with an instant opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only operational providers (custodial, payment, identity), regulators on lawful demand, and de-identified analytics. No sale of personal data.
Retention and security. We retain data through account lifetime and legal windows (often five to seven years for transaction records). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-checked access governance.
