This agreement ( the Terms ) cover access to the brixaprime website, mobile apps, trading the "Services") run by brixaprime. Account creation means accepting these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and legally competent to sign binding agreements. Where the Services remains unlicensed or closed, residents cannot participate. Account data accuracy and 2FA confidentiality stay your obligation.
2. The Services. brixaprime operates an electronic trading platform for the markets shown on this website. Nothing here is investment recommendation; every trading choice are yours. Shown quotes and data is informational only and might err or delay at moments.
3. Risks. Trading brings material loss risk and suits only those who can hold through it. Leverage can push losses past your initial margin. Trade only money whose loss you you can absorb.
4. Costs. Fees, spreads and funding rates sit in the fee schedule and make part of this agreement. Fees may change after fair notice.
5. Conduct rules. Cornering and manipulation, vulnerability abuse, rights breaches and illegal use are prohibited. Laundering plus sanctions breaches are covered by the same bar.
6. Liability limits. To the fullest extent of law, brixaprime excludes indirect, incidental and consequential losses connected to your use.
7. Changes. These Terms might be revised occasionally. Continued use after updates means agreement. Governing law is the registered jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
